Awesome product just like mentioned and quick shipping.

This product is decent. Just a heads up when you’re unpacking; the door piece isn’t secured well. We ended up breaking the first one, but the company replaced it super fast. The reason I’m giving it only three stars is that the sauna is misrepresented. The plaque on it clearly states it’s for one person, but they’re marketing it as a two-person unit. My husband and I can barely fit in there together. When I called to complain, the guy on the phone insisted it was okay because in the States, where they make these, folks are generally bigger than in Europe! What a load of nonsense!

In the past, whenever we've faced issues with our hot tub, communication has always been smooth and getting things resolved has been a breeze. This time around, it was no different, and I can wholeheartedly recommend Canadian Spa since we've only experienced satisfaction with their service. They are super professional, know their stuff about the products and parts, and are really polite and helpful. Whether you're chatting on the phone or online, they make it easy to talk to them.

Hey, I've been without my spa for about 3 or 4 months. I plugged it in, the air started up, but then it just cut out. When I tried to turn on the heating, everything shut down, and all the lights began flashing on and off. Now, nothing's working at all.

This sauna from Chilliwack is crafted really well and is a breeze to put together. It warms up fast and is a joy to use; I really wish I had gotten it ages ago. Dealing with the Canadian Spa Company has been a real treat, super helpful throughout the whole process.

I got a Canadian spa rapid about 18 months ago. It was working well until a pipe in the wall of the bladder came loose. Now it’s completely out of commission. Then I discovered they only offer a 1-year warranty, even if it’s a manufacturing issue. The company hasn’t been any help at all.

I purchased a Chiliwhack Sauna, and it showed up right on schedule. The packaging was solid, and putting it together was a breeze (took about 2 hours with a buddy). Overall, the quality is impressive, and it’s functioning great.

Ali Green responded super fast, dealt with my issue like a pro, and even sent me a small gift in the mail to make sure I was satisfied with the sauna in the end. Truly exceptional support, and I’ll definitely recommend Canadian Spa to my friends and family down the line.
